Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any recovery request you submit to Repo Ya Cars. By submitting a request you confirm you are authorised to instruct recovery of the vehicle and that the information provided is true and correct.

Authorised instructions only

Our recovery request form and authority are intended for car rental companies and other owners entitled to recover a vehicle they own or control. Submitting an instruction you are not entitled to give is a breach of these terms.

How we work

We act on your written authority as the owner of the vehicle. We may decline or pause any job where the request appears incomplete, incorrect, or where you do not appear entitled to recover the vehicle.

Indemnity

You indemnify Repo Ya Cars against claims arising from incorrect information you supply or from any lack of entitlement to recover a vehicle, as set out in the authority you sign when you submit a request.
