Authority to recover
I instruct and authorise Repo Ya Cars to locate, attend and recover the vehicle described above on my company's behalf. I warrant that:
- my company owns or controls the vehicle and rents or hires it out;
- our rental or hire agreement entitles my company to recover the vehicle (for example, it is overdue, unreturned or the hire has ended);
- the information and documents I have provided are true and correct.
I indemnify Repo Ya Cars against any claim arising from incorrect information I have supplied or from any lack of entitlement to recover the vehicle. Repo Ya Cars will carry out the recovery professionally and respectfully.
