We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess and carry out authorised recovery requests, locate vehicles, maintain records, and measure the performance of our advertising. Form submissions are delivered to our team by SMS and email.

Location data

Where you choose to share a live location, your device's GPS coordinates are captured only at the moment you tap the button, and only to help us locate a vehicle. We do not track your location in the background.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to our recovery agents and contractors, the instructing rental company, and to third parties where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
